Is bioplex nutrition whey protein a good whey protein?
I've been working out the last month and just got around to buying some whey protein. It's a brand called bioplex nutritions and is Whey protein isolate. It has 23 g of protein per scoop, 100 calories, 0 fat, 1 g of carbs. Does this sound like a decent product? I saw some other stuff at the store (not GNC) that must be for getting HUGE. THey had all kinds of stuff in them including 79 grams of carbs. I'm not trying to get monsterous, just a little cut. Thanks!
