I am a female at 15 yrs old, 5'2.5, and 101.8 lbs , and my body composition is at 19.4%....am i at a normal body weight? is my body fat too little? too much? or just right?
Also, i've just finished my swimming season and i was eating healthy for awhile like limiting my candy consumption, but now that the season's over, i'm eating SOOO mush candy..

i can't help myself and i don't want to gain weight, but i'm eating a lot of candy it's gross.
Hopefully i'll start working out but i still need help otherwise.
