Even if they would REALLY contain junks, the best would still be limewire but before you download anything from it make sure that you have good internet security.
Frostwire, because frostwire is Limewire Pro

limewire's the fastest, but it has the most crap on it. kazaa is a little safer, but doesn't warrant as many search results.
i've never heard of bearshare.... i guess you'd have to try it.
i'd recommend using frostwire. it uses the same network as limewire, so you can get all the same music limewire users have, but it has all the benefits of limewire pro (faster search speeds, better results, etc.). just make sure you know what you're downloading. for instance, if you search for "all the small things" and your search ends up with a song that has a file size of 172 KB, don't download it. 1 MB equals about one minute of music, so you might want to check how long the song you want is before you download a random file. also, move your mouse over the file, and a yellowish box should pop up that has info on the song. if no box pops up, don't download it, because it's probably a virus.
just follow those guidlines, and you should be pretty safe.
In my opinion NONE OF THESE
All three of these programs are loaded with spy ware and ad ware.
When using P2P programs you are literally on someone else's computer which means if they have virus you download the virus as well.
Not that I really care but downloading Music without paying for it is illegal and subject to possible charges being laid.
You asked I answered.
None, they're all filled with junk and can do more harm then good.
