I am planning to start the soup diet soon which is eating 3 bowls of soup a day and nothing else. Im not over weight but i have put on a bit of a belly and a bit extra on my hips and waist. I love my figure I have a big bum and a small waist and big hips but would like to keep my bum the same along with big hips but possibly loose a little off them. If i do this will it effect any of the weight of my bum?
