question on downloading a file using torrent?
i am currently downloading a huge file (4GB size) with seed 30(630) peers 50(1540) and the down&up speed is constantly changing... Then i noticed that at the lowest bar, there is a shape of triangle (now) and circle (a while ago) with ! inside it and D:20kb/s T:87.1MB beside it...
The triangle indicates that 'no incoming connections' then the circle, is something like 'Your firewall/router has ..... port....', i really forgot the whole text... so these are my questions:
1. What must i do in order to seed more people, to increase the above mentioned seed? If I'm not mistaken, more seeders faster download. Currently my ETA is 2 days and its increasing/decreasing. I am a broadband user, no router, my firewall is WindowsFirewall...
2. Can you assure that it is safe allowing more seeders during downloading?
I am totally clueless on this things, I know a little. So thats why i asked these questions inorder to enlighten me... I do hope that you could help me....
