They say first download a toorent client then they say download a .torrent file from onbe of the following site.

How to download the actual file?

And how much time will a 300 mmb file take to download.

Also tell me, is there any danger of downloading these torrent files?

Which is the best place to get such torrent files?

the torrent will download on a slow internet connection in about 1 hour, if you have alot of people downloading then you will get it faster.

but it really depends upon your internet speed
