How do I Download Torrent Ring tones To My Cell Phone?

I am having so much trouble.

I Download a Ringtone from a torrent site and when I upload it to my cell phone it won't give me the option to set the ringtone as a Incoming call ringtone....It is highlighted in Gray. I Don't Know what to do.

Can Someone Help Me.
