Hacked via Soulseek? (question for computer geeks)?
A question for computer geeks (or maybe not necessarily?): can someone hack a person via the Soulseek program?
It's easy to retrieve the IP and port number on it, but can someone actually hack me down?
I have used some hacking programs a long time ago, just to see how it works and very often a firewall or anti-virus program saved the person... so, can I believe that I am safe, if my anti-virus and firewall are on? If not, how do I protect my computer?
I would be very grateful for the answer from the people WHO actually KNOW. No guessing, only concrete information.
