Anyone know any good artists in the Baltimore or DC area?
I've got this idea for a tattoo as a memorial for my dad who died in 2003. It's going to be a full arm sleeve of a cemetary scene, detailed and if it comes out as I've got in my head it'll be a fitting tribute to him. I have 5 tattoos already but they were done in different states. I'm not new to the area but it's my first time getting a tattoo here, so I don't know of any artists around here. Any suggestions and links to sites/portfolios would be awesome. Thanks.
