Katie Scarlet!

So I took my 2004 VW Beetle Convertible in for an oil change at the dealership, it was working fine.
When they were done.
They said it needed 900 dollars worth of work.

These are all the problems wrong with it now.

Horn doesn't work.
Turning signals don't work.
Headlights don't work.
Heated Seats don't work.
Windshield Wipers don't work.

But what's weird is the high beams work, but the headlights don't.

And when I unlock the car all the lights flash.


So is this really 900 dollars worth of damage.

or could it be a fuse?
