i bought a bmw with a damaged door?

i bought a 2000 bmw 323i and it has a front drivers side door is damaged and i don't want to pay for it to get it fixed its not that necessary but i was just wondering since i have full coverage on the car would i be able to get the door fixed by the insurance and if yes would the rates go up
