How much would registering a '96 Maserati QP in Luxembourg from Germany cost?

Is there a huge tax for older cars? A friend in Luxembourg would be interested in buying a used Maserati Quattroporte IV (euro 2) and registering it from Italy/Germany to Luxembourg. How can I calculate the 1str registration tax?
