Can you lease a certified pre-owned BMW?

I was looking on the Certified Pre-owned section of the BMW website earlier and i came across a section that said you can lease a certified pre-owned car just like a new car. I wasn't sure if i was Reading this correctly or if there is a catch to this. Does anybody know of anyone that has done this before? Is this true?
