Audi TT Display flashing 0's?

I have a 2005 Audi TT. Unfortunately the battery ran down about 2 years ago (car was completely dead) and since then the part of the display where you can switch between MPG/miles to empty/etc. has flashed 0's. (0h 00, or something along those lines).

Anyone know of a way to reset it? All of the other display work properly.
