What is required for me to drop a WRX EJ20 engine in a 1996 Subaru Legacy...

...Outback Wagon? Do I need the ECM, wiring harness, transmission from the WRX? Has anyone done this conversion? Supposedly the engine "fits" perfectly. Also what are we talking in mechanics hours? and While I have the engine out what mods should i do from all you souped-up mod-heads out there?
