The sunroof on my nissan X-trail was left slightly open during a heavy rain....

The sunroof on my nissan X-trail was left slightly open during a heavy rain....

...Should I worry? Is there a drain? There was a gap approximatelly 1/2 inch at the back. I can't see any leaks, but it is possible the water is accumulated inside, because the vechicle was parked on a slope.
Any help is appresiated.
