Subaru experts: white smoke from exhaust?

Subaru Impreza 2004. Did oil change, tune up etc. When the car is on idle, i see white smoke coming from the exhaust, it usually clears up when driving. This never happened before...any suggestions...also, if the car is revved there is lots of white smoke.
