I need to replace this ghetto rigged hose (her ex did it to"fix"it ) on my girlfriends 98 Lexus es300. I'm not car part name savvy so I don't know what its called and so far neither do the people at AutoZone or Orileys.

The air filter is just a bit more to the right just off the picture.

So if anyone could please tell me what this hoses name is and possibly where I can get it that preferably does not involve some insane costing part from the dealer, then that would be awesome.
