Infinity Kappa 60.9 or Infinity Perfect component speakers?

which one is better and is there a big difference? is it worth the more money for the perfects?

I know the kappa's sound crisp but if your not going to run an amp to either one you can't really appreciate infinity speakers. The kappa's are great for the money.
