I have a 92 Honda Accord , when i start the car it idles up and down...

...between 1.5 and 3 rpms. How can i fix it? After awhile it will stop idling or when i press the brake petal in. The same day i changed my tranny fluid. The new pcv valve also started making a large humming sound.
