Honda Odyssey Navigation System and how to reinstall a navigation software

that are compatible with Malaysia? I just bought a new Honda Odyssey(RB1) fully imported from Japan...This car is equipped with an original Japanese Navigation System and a HDD of course but only for use in Japan as all of the display and word are in Japanese. So is there any option available in Malaysia so that i can reinstall the software for use in Malaysia and of course contain Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand Map for GPS system...
