You mean just to renew your Colorado registration (i.e. not getting new plates)?
Here is the main site (some people accidentally go to dmv.org which is not the official site):
http://www.colorado.gov/cs/Satellite/Revenue-MV/RMV/1177024843069
The FAQ states:
Fees to title and register vehicles in the State of Colorado are based on age of the vehicle, weight, taxable value, purchase date, and type of plate requested. Estimates for registration fees are not provided over the phone.
Some counties provide information on their website and can be accessed by going to Colorado Counties Inc. and selecting the appropriate county. Once you have accessed the appropriate county, click on Motor Vehicle and then click on fees. Counties use this equation to estimate your registration fees. Otherwise, you will need to go to your local county motor vehicle office to obtain this information.
Here's the website for your county:

Legally you need to update the plates registration essentially in a new state if that is going to be your new address. That means you need to go to a DMV to get new plates and such. It might cost somewhere between 100 and 200 dollars but who can say for sure. They really rob people through this system. http://www.dmv.org/ Follow that link, read a little and go from there. 5 seconds on google would make your life easier. Good luck!
