Every time I try to watch a show on DvD, legally bought copies mind you, such as How I Met Your Mother Season 3, I get the message: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." What can I do to make it work? My laptop runs an Optiarc DVD+-RW AD7930H

Download vlc player and try watching the tv shows with that.
