Thread: Why is the sound not working when I put DVD?

I put the DVD properly to my DVD driver, then go to Real Player and play the film, it plays the film, but no sound, everything I checked is proper.
What's happening ? Can I fix this problem ?

Well It's on my computer

i have real player the latest update version 1.1.3 build 12.0.0.658 real player plus, try your dvd in windows media player if works well then go to tools click preferences, click devices , click sound card compatibily,adjust if didn't work click tools again after closing preferences, check for updates
also check the sound icon at the bottom right make sure it's not red meaning it's in the mute mode
