its been about 6 months that both, Four Christmases and Nothing Like the Holidays came out in theaters. when are these dvd's going to be released?

The short answer should be around Christmas. They do this with most every holiday-themed film (Santa Clause 3, Fred Claus) for they can make more money off of it around that time.
