Thread: Why can't I play my data DVD?

Recently I received a data DVD that has pictures on it. I saw some of the pictures and when I ejected the disc and tried to see them again, it would not play. I went to "computer" and it said it was either corrupted or it had a formatting issue. Well, it played perfectly once, so now what is the problem?

I have tried to play it on a brand new laptop running Windows 7 with a Core i5 processor and a desktop running Vista Home Premium. There is nothing wrong with my DVD drive. Other DVD discs and CD's play fine.

it could be your driver the laser could of gone bad and the age of the player counts well its the dvd then try and salvage it
