I can't get DVD's to play on my computer. I have window media player and Cyberlink power dvd dx 7.0. I can play a music cd but not a dvd. I bought this computer used. So, I don't know if I am missing something in the hardware or what. At first I thought I missing the software, so I installed the cyberlink power dvd dx 7.0 but it still does not work. Please help. Any ideas?
