I have been doing jillian michaels 30 day shred dvd for 3 weeks now about 4 or 5 times a week and it is hard! There are 3 levels and im now on level 2 and she does a 20 min workout inc cardio and abs but you dont stop at all! i feel more toned but i have only lost about half a kilo and i feel like giving up when i dont lose weight all i want to do is get back in my size 10 jeans (i have 8 kilos to go) If i carry on as i am eating a low fat diet and doing this dvd when will i start to see weight loss? please help
