When will saw 3D be on DVD, and is it 2D or 3D?

The DVD will probably be 2D, I mean Avatar, was in 2D, and many other great 3D movies are only in 2D movies usually. I think the only movie that has came out on DVD is Monsters vs Aliens. So probably 2D unless you have a 3D TV then I think it would be in 3D I don't really know about 3D TV's.
