When I try to save some files to my DVD-RW disk I'm told the disk is
write protected.? When I try to back up some files to my DVD-RW disk I'm told the disk is write protected when I try to back up. I'm using Outlook Express Backup Genie when trying to do this. But I can back up files straight from websites when not using the O.E.B.G. program. ( I've done a diagnotstic check and have been told the drive itself is okay.)
