whats the best program to play dvds on a laptop???? and whats wrong with...

...power dvd ultra, it wont play dvds? i downloaded power dvd ultra but it wont play the movie is says error or something and the movie works great on a dvd player.

the error says:TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.

whats another program to use then if it cant be resolved?
