What website do YOU personally use to download movies in dvd quality?

I want to download dvd movies. Ive done a little research and i found things like iso hunt and things like that but they are way to slow. So i am looking for a website that i can download dvd quality movies from. I will pay if i have to. There are millions of sites that claim to be good for downloading dvd quality movies but i want to know which one YOU use that works.

Please include how much the site costs(if possible), how long you have been using it, how good the quality is, and how fast the downloads are... etc
