What is a good beginner fitness DVD that is current and not cheesey?

I'm in my 20's and out of shape. I want a dvd that does not require Equipment and starts off easy and has options to make it challenging. I don't want to get something that is embarrassing like belly dancing or cheesy like old celebrities talking about menopause LOL. something MODERN! FUN! NEW!
