What is the best workout or yoga/pilates DVD/workout you had tried?
I don't have a gym & sound doesn't work on my computer so I figured dvds would be a good way to get instructions for this stuff...i started looking at some workout ones and pilates ones but there are SO many different ones...what's the best one you've found?
