What is the best workout DVD that offers both beginner and intermediate/advanced...

...in the same video? I'm going to start working out with my mom three times a week at home. The problem is she needs more of a beginner workout and I need an intermediate/advanced. We would love to be able to workout together, but I'm having trouble finding workout DVDs that can accommodate both levels in the same video. We are both looking for weight loss, strength training and toning. Please no P90x, we're not that hardcore and we won't be working out 5-6 days a week.

Tae Bo Get Ripped. Its a purple cover with 2 dvds inside. The first one has the instructional workout and 2 basic workouts. The 2nd has 2 advanced workouts and an 8 minute workout. Look for it on ebay or amazon.
