What is the best way to burn dvd's using Windows 7?

I have windows 7 Home premium

    Thanks in advance

I am trying to make copies of home movies that are on dvd. Is there an easy way to copy the dvd or do I have to rip it then burn it?

Both are free, but you still have to rip. Rip with DVD shrink and Burn with Free DVD Video Burner.

    Hope this helps!
