The best? Probably all kinds of answers out there..
If overall fitness is what you want I like PX90, Strictly weight loss then maybe a Jullian Micheals dvd, weight gainers have their own thing too... With the 1000's out there its really a tough choice...
But overall the best is probably the one that is enjoyable and works for you......
