What is the best CD/DVD writer for a Dell Dimension 3000?

I currently have a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-111D - but obviously cant burn media onto a DVD disc.. I want to be able to play & burn onto both a CD & DVD. Anyone have any recommendations?
