Thread: what is the best 13.3 with dvd laptop?

i am buying a new laptop with a budget of 700. i want to know what are the top brands? i am thinking of toshiba but i have not tried it before.

Please, don't get a toshiba!!!!!! My 14 inch toshiba is a piece of junk, and that cost me $1,000. If you can stretch your budget a little, get a refurbished macbook, or if you want something with windows on it, go with a fujitsu.
