I have a couple DVD's that won't play, I try to open the TOSHIBA DVD PLAYER and I get this error:

The specified drive cannot be located. Check the setting by going to Settings -> Action Setting -> Source, or otherwise check the drive has been properly connected to the PC.

I've contacted Toshiba Support & they forwarded me to Iyogi, but it sounds like a scam. What should I do? Is this an easy problem to fix?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
No, the DVD's are brand new & I can take them out of this laptop, put them in another, and they play perfectly.
