Thread: is there a dvd player out that you can hook up to your tv and record television

shows onto your dvd? Some told me that you can buy a dvd player that allows you to hook it up to your tv and recored teevision shows onto the blank dvd you put in the player, If so, what is this called and where can i get one. thks
