I have lots of DVDs from all around the world and I'm planning to buy a BluRay player. Is there one that play all regions DVDs or that can be modified to do it? Also, I'm not buying from shady companies on the Internet that offer these players over 0, so don't recommend them.

Take a look at the OPPO 83, it is a universal blu ray disc player and is rated as one of the best player in the mid range price. The price is $499. Go online to Home Theater Magazine and read the reviews. Hope this will help you out.
