Here's my situation... hubby is deployed, we have a 3.5 year old girl, can't afford to have a gym membership and spend money on babysitting on top of all that I'm paying right now for bills, I want to lose 10 pounds in 2 months (which I know is possible, done it before)... so basically I can only utilize my home. I've lost weight before, but I went to the gym 2-3 days a week, and watched what I ate. Has anyone used these Tae Bo dvd's and do they really work if you follow them? I need cardio to lose weight, and I know this is cardio and muscle toning... any opinions on this would be great
