C.S.I. Season 8 Part 1 region 2 dvd - how many episodes are on it?

in the past seasons when there was 24 episodes, part 1 and part 2 each had 12 episodes, but season 8 was only 17 episodes in total so how episodes are on part 1? I want to pre-order it but really want to know what episodes are on it, the website doesn't give a list of the episodes available on the dvd

Part 1 has episodes 8.1-8.8 plus the without a trace episode where and why

they're charging 25 quid for 9 episodes altogether?
why couldnt they just put all 17 on

and apparently Season 8 part 2 isn't out until 2009

if you ask me the region 1 complete is better value
