pain in lower back now up mid back and at front near ovaries under stomach..?

the pain has been building for about 10 /11 days - 4 days ago had very brief period was very sick and diorreah (dont know if related) awful cramps and low back pain - pain now both sides around ovaries and low back but sometimes mid back and sides under kidneys - what on earth wrong? have been really tired too - although better than was - really bloated and light headed - did 2 preg test both neg - whats wrong?

I would stop speculating after 10 days and see your Gp as it could be a number of treatable things.

Have you been having a bladder infection? or UTI? Either you could have pulled both your hip muscles, or there is something wrong with your Kidneys. I'm going to say Kidney. Your symptoms sound they could be related to a kidney infection. Go to your Doctor asap and do a urine sample, and blood test. If the blood test makes you uncomfortable, they can tell with the urine sample for kidney problems. Do not ignore it though. I highly doubt you are pregnant...just try to drink a lot of water and eat plain toast until you can get an appt. for the Doctor.
