If im 5'9 and my my arms are about 27 inches long, how many inches im i

close to being able to dunk it? I work on my legs and abs every night. I do about 200 calve raises with 10 pounds. 100 squats. and about 2:00 mins of wall sits. I have already saw an increase an my vert. I am able to touch close to rim and i can also palm the ball.

Well, assuming your shoulders are roughly a foot below the top of your head (and they should be, the average head length for someone your height is around 9 inches). Your standing reach is 7 feet. It's hard, though not impossible for you to dunk, but looks like you would have to have a vertical of at 36 inches to have any decent shot at dunking the ball.

just spend like 5 mins a night jumping as high as you can using only your calves. your vert will increase dramatically after a bit of this

I am 5'11, and i can touch every rim setting except for the highest.

    I get closer every time,
but I need a couple more inches before I think about dunking.

Workouts can't increase your jump height by that much.

Being able to dunk depends on your vertical leap. You can work out as much as you want, but if your vertical leap is weak, it's not going to happen. Use a trampoline!
