Right now Im' 5'8 and weigh like 150, so I have like 10 extra pounds on me and I want to lose it and get some what tone, but I don't wanna get like macho man randy savage, all buff and ****. I just want to be pretty well toned. Also do you have to do the diet plan because between work and college I don't have enough time to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Like I would eat 3 medium heathly meals,would that be fine?
