your question lacks enough detail ("DVD" does not necessarily mean "DVD-Video" - nero can happily burn "matroska" (.mkv) video files to a dvd, but converting the files to dvd-video format is a different question...), but I'll make some assumption and guess that you want to convert .mkv video files into dvd-video format and burn the resulting dvd-video to disc. In this case, use avi2dvd - Avi2DVD automates this entire process when given a small amount of information and despite the name, it supports input of MKV files.
If you already have the Matroska (MKV) codecs installed even DVDFlick should take it.
