Does anyone know why this is happening? its really annoying i have hoovered the vents and still no luck i have cleaned the disc still no luck i have rented the same game from blockbuster still wont work. when i want to play a game it comes up with a white screen with a message saying "please load disc into an xbox 360 console" ( i thought it was a 360 console lol)

my 360 is an english/european. i dont have the receipt for this as it was brought using gift vouchers in christmas 2006 so i cant take it back.

if anyone can please help?
