Vista comes with the DVD creator for WMM, XP doesnt. You can still burn your movie to dvd using your burning software like Nero.

Any CD/DVD writer can do this. A DVD is simply a standard fiel system disk with two directories VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS. Movie Maker will create these directories and you can then just burn them using your normal DVD burner.
